Those in the UK running the developer preview of Windows Phone 8.1 are in luck as Marcus Ash, Group Program Manager of Cortana, has confirmed that the personal assistant will be heading to the UK in two weeks.
"Barring an unforeseen issue, down to less than 2 weeks for the developer preview," said Ash when asked about Cortana coming to the UK.
Cortana was expected to head to the UK in July, but because of unforeseen issues, Microsoft had to postpone the release. This is great news for those in the UK running the developer preview of 8.1 as you now get to see what all the fuss is about.
A member of Windows Phone Central's forums is also claiming that China and India will follow soon after.
