While Samsung announced the Galaxy S5 Mini will come to Russia first, MobileFun (a retailer located in the UK) is accepting pre-orders of the device as we speak. The phone will run you $628 but guarantees you a device once they become available. MobileFun has not released a ship date but hopefully the device will arrive sometime this summer.
