Continuity between devices seems to be the latest trend in tech these days. At its I/O event, Google has announced new continuity features between Chrome OS and Android. Users will be able to see incoming calls and text messages on their Chromebooks and even remotely unlock their computer with their Android device.
Text and call alerts will show up on Chromebook allowing the user to answer and easily send a text back from their computer. These user friendly features are built into Android L. If a users has an unlocked phone on hand and walks up to a locked Chromebook, the Chromebook will recognize the device and automatically unlock.
