The Verge is reporting that an unlocked and unbranded Moto X is coming in the later half of this month. The version will be called the "Pure Android" version and will extremely close to a Google Play edition device. The device will be open for purchase at the Moto Maker website later in the month. Expect to pay $499 for the device when it's available.
