Bose has filed a lawsuit against Apple's Beats brand over noise canceling patents that Bose says date back some 50 years. Bose is suing Beats over "at least 36 U.S. patent applications" 22 of which are granted patents and the other 14 are patents undergoing review.
The headphones in question are the full Beats Studio line which include the brand new Beats Studio Wireless Bluetooth headphones. Bose is seeking a handful of information from the court which includes court costs and "a full account of sales of infringing devices." I will keep you updated on the latest from this story.
