People with select Sony 1080p HD TV sets (exact models not released yet) and those lucky enough to own a Sony 4K TV set will be able to enjoy Sony's brand new streaming video game service Playstation Now. The service can be accessed on the Private Pilot Service on June 30 and all you need is a PS3 controller to play. Only a small selection of PS3 titles will be available for rent at launch. A recent private beta on PS4 has garnered mixed reactions from fans. Some have reported that the streaming service is smooth but others think the pricing model is "insane." Final Fantasy XIII-2 can be rented for $5 for four hours, $8 for seven days, $15 for 30 days and $30 for 90 days.
As it evolves, Playstation now will expand to PS3, PS4, PS Vita and more Sony TV sets. Support for PS4 controllers is also planed for those using Sony TV sets.
