You read that right. The registration page is open and only the first million people to register are eligible. The beta is limited to people running OS X Mavericks. You can visit the Apple Seed page here and sign up today. Apple recommends that you install Yosemite on a secondaire machine or back up your primary one if you must use it. So far Apple has only announced the program will commence this summer but as soon as I hear word I will post it. It is also worth mentioning that some features will not be available right away since the beta is not finished yet. Visit the official page for more.
