  • Mac OS X Yosemite. Free. (Updated)

Here are a few pictures taken from the live stream of Apple's WWDC event.  Stay tuned to Tech Nation all day as I uncover everything from the event.

OS X Yosemite is what everybody thought it would be, more iOS like. Everything from the icons, to the new notification center, and translucency of the entire operating system, are all iOS 7 like and make for a different yet similar experience for Mac OS X.  There is even a new dark mode (seen in the last photo) that makes for a more pleasing experience for those with sensitive eyes.

Update: Mac OS X is available today for developers, throughout the summer for people part of the Beta seed program, and available in the fall for everybody else for free.
