  • Vevo for Android updated to v2.0.

The Android version of Vevo has been updated bringing with it wealth of new features. The more notable features are a brand new design, a real-time feed, three new Vevo TV channels and the usual bug fixes. Head after the jump for more info about these features.

The homepage has been redesigned with a feed that refreshes when pulled down on. The feed offers users a quick look at what is new and trending in Vevo world. The brand new design is both flatter and simpler. To the left of the Vevo logo are three horizontal lines that when pressed bring up a menu bar. You can browse playlists, other music videos, and Vevo TV from the menu bar.

Speaking of Vevo TV, there are three new channels to choose from now Hits, Flow and Nashville. Hits is pretty much the same channel that existed before the update and plays popular videos. Flow is a brand new Hip-Hop/R&B channel that is programmed in the same way as the Hits channel. Nashville is a brand new Country channel also programmed in the same way.

Those are the main new features so be sure to update the app, if you have not already, and find out more. If you are an iPhone or Windows Phone user then you have received this update months ago.
